După meciul dramatic dintre FCSB și Rapid, încheiat cu scorul de 2-2, fostul portar al echipei naționale și actual tehnician al Rapidului, Bogdan Lobonț, a făcut o remarcă surprinzătoare referitoare la atmosfera din tribune.
În ciuda faptului că Arena Națională a găzduit peste 43.000 de suporteri ai FCSB-ului, Lobonț a considerat că cei aproximativ 2.500 de fani ai Rapidului au fost mai activi și au creat o atmosferă mai vibrantă.
„Am spus și înainte, la flash-interviu, sunt gelos pe băieți că au acest privilegiu să joace în fața a 50.000 de spectatori, pe stadionul cel mai mare al țării”, a comentat Lobonț.

After the dramatic match between FCSB and Rapid, which ended in a 2-2 draw, former national team goalkeeper and current coach of Rapid, Bogdan Lobonț, made a surprising remark regarding the atmosphere in the stands.
Despite the fact that the National Arena hosted over 43,000 FCSB supporters, Lobonț considered that the approximately 2,500 Rapid fans were more active and created a livelier atmosphere.
„I said before, in the flash-interview, that I envy the boys for having this privilege to play in front of 50,000 spectators, in the country’s largest stadium,” commented Lobonț.
Nevertheless, even in front of a smaller crowd, Rapid supporters managed to make an impression. Lobonț emphasized that the stand occupied by Rapid fans was where the true vibration and emotion of the important moments of the match were felt.
„It trembled when we scored goal 1, goal 2, goal 3, even though ours were up, in the third tier. I didn’t really hear tremors at… I think in the right-side stand, where FCSB’s ultras were, there were those anti-earthquake systems,” added Rapid’s coach in an ironic tone.
Although the final result was a draw, Lobonț’s remark brings to light the importance and influence of supporters on the atmosphere on the field and suggests that a large number of fans is not always synonymous with a more exciting or vibrant atmosphere.
